我院护理改革的几点做法

Several steps taken by our hospital in its nursing reform

为满足病人需求，提高护理质量，进行了一系列护理工作改革：护士长的竞争上岗；护士岗位的“首位奖励、末位淘汰”；护理质量排行榜的实行；整体护理模式的实施；弹性排班和双需排班的推行；护理工作流程的改变；护理管理方式的改进等。护理工作改革激发了护理人员的工作热情，提高了护理管理工作的有效性，确保了护理质量。

Our hospital adopted a series of measures in its nursing reform so as to meet the needs of its pa- tients and improve its nursing quality. The steps include: appointing head nurses via competition; rewarding the best performing nurse and firing the worst one; adopting a ranking list with regard to nursing quality; implementing the mode of holistic nursing; carrying out flexible shifts and shift according to the needs of both patients and the hospital; changing the flow of nursing work; and improving the model of nursing management. Nursing reform in our hospital inspired the enthusiasm of the nursing personnel, enhanced the efficacy of nursing management and ensured nursing quality. [
