摘要
目的 :建立HPLC法测定龙血竭胶囊中龙血素A的含量。方法 :以C18反相键合硅胶为固定相 ,1%冰醋酸 -甲醇 (34 :6 6 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 80nm ,用外标法定量。结果 :龙血素A在 0 11～ 4 39μg范围有良好线性关系 ,r =0 9998,方法回收率为 98 2 8% ,RSD为 1 97%。结论 :本方法是测定龙血竭胶囊中龙血素A含量的可靠、简便的定量方法。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of dihydrochalcone (Loureirin A) in Dragon's Blood Capsules. Methods:Using a C 18 reverse phase column and acetonitrile-1% acetic acid (34:66) as mobile phase, detecting at 280nm and quantitating with external standard method. Results:The standard curves of Loureirin A was linear in the concentration range of 0.11μg～4.39μg,r=0.9998. The average recovery was 98.28%, RSD 1.97%.Conclusion:The method was simple and reliable for determination of 4-hydroxy-2,4-dimethoxy dihydrochalcone(Loureirin A) in Dragon's Blood Capsules.
