摘要
为探讨调气活血法治疗慢性胃炎胃排空功能的作用机制 ,以SPECT法对照研究 5 0例慢性萎缩性胃炎 ,3 6例慢性浅表性胃炎患者胃排空功能变化及治疗前后疗效分析。结果 :慢性萎缩性胃炎组胃固体食物的排空功能明显低于正常组及浅表性胃炎组 ,治疗后胃动力明显提高 (P <0 0 5 )。提示调气活血法对慢性萎缩性胃炎者胃排空功能延迟。
To investigate the mechanism of Qi regulating and blood activating therapy in the treatment of chronic gastritis,SPECT method was used to measure the gastric emptying functions in 50 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and in 36 patients with chronic superficial gastritis respectively before and after treatment.The gastric emptying function for solid food in the 50 cases were poorer than those of thealthy persons or the 36 cases,and improved obviously after treatment(P<0 05).It is suggested that this therapy can improve the gastric emptying function and gastric dynamia.
