摘要
目的探讨高铝对大鼠牙齿和颌骨中钙沉积的影响及硒的保护作用。方法用含铝、硒和柠檬酸的溶液分别饲养大鼠 3个月 ,用MP -1型溶出分析仪测定血清、牙齿和颌骨中铝、钙和硒的含量。结果高铝组大鼠血清、牙齿和颌骨中铝含量增加、钙含量减少 ,与正常对照组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。高硒组大鼠血清、牙齿和颌骨中铝含量减少 ,钙和硒含量增加 ,与高铝组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论微量元素硒能对高铝引起的牙齿和颌骨中铝的增多。
Objective To explorle the protective effect of selenium(Se) on the deposit of calcium(Ca) in maxillary and teeth under the high aluminium(Al) intake.Methods The rats were fed with the solution containing Al,Se and citric acid respectively for 3 months.The contents Al,Ca and Se in the blood serum,maxillary and teeth of rats were measured with sreipping analytical instrument (Type MP 1).Results In high Al group,the Al increased but Ca decreased in serum,teeth and maxillarg in comparison with normal gronp(P<0.01).While in high Se group,the Al decreasel but Ca and Se increascd in comparison with the high Al granp (P<0.01).Conclusion The trace element Se can definitely inhibit the increasing of Al and decreasing of bone Ca deposit in teeth and maxillary induced by high Al intake.
