The CT-guided Puncture-Biopsy for the Lesion of Hip Joint

目的探讨CT引导下髋关节病变穿刺活检的技术 ,以期评价其实用价值。方法病人取仰位 ,CT扫描确定穿刺平面及穿刺路径 ,达到预定位置后重复 2 -3次取材。结果刺中率 1 0 0 % ,阳性率 91 .7% ,假阴性率 8.3 %。结论CT导引下髋关节病变穿刺活检简便易行 。

Objective To evaluate the technique of CT guided puncture biopsy for the lesion of hip joint and assess its practical value.Methods 12 patients with the hip joint lesion were punctured in supine position under the CT guided by using the third Somatom CRF to choose the needle planum and needle routes by CT scanning,and then 2-3 times of sampling were made when the needle get to the chosen points.Results The success rate was 100%.The positive rate of samplings was 97.1%.The pseudo negative rate was 8.3%.Conclusion The CT guided puncture biopsy for the hip joint lesions are simple and feasible.The rate of correct diagnosis is high.
