视网膜脱离硅油与全氟丙烷充填效果对比研究

Comparison of the efficacy of treatment of retinal detachment with silicone oil and perfluoropropane.

目的 比较视网膜脱离玻璃体切除术充填硅油与充填全氟丙烷气体的视网膜复位率与术后视力。方法 5 6例 ( 5 6眼 )随机分为 2组 ,硅油组 ( 30例 )玻璃体切除术后注入硅油 ,3月后取出 ;全氟丙烷组 ( 2 6例 )术后注入全氟丙烷。两组 6月后分别记录视力与视网膜复位情况。结果 硅油组视网膜完全复位 2 5例 ( 83 33% ) ,矫正视力大于 0 1者 14例( 46 66% ) ;全氟丙烷组视网膜完全复位 16例 ( 61 5 5 % ) ,矫正视力大于 0 1者 2 2例 ( 84 61% )。硅油组视网膜复位率显著高于全氟丙烷组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,全氟丙烷组术后视力显著好于硅油组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 硅油充填视网膜复位率明显较高 ,但术后视力恢复较差 ;全氟丙烷充填后视力恢复较好 ,但视网膜复位率较低。

Objective Comparison of the reattachment rate and the postoperative vision after the retinal detachment vitrectomy with the silicone oil and Perfluoropropane.Methods 56 cases (56 eyes) were divided into two groups (silicone oil group and perfluoropropane group) 30 cases in the silicone oil group were put drops of silicone oil after vitrectomy, and the silicone oil was taken out 3 months later. 26 cases in the perfluoropropane group were put drops of perfluoropropane.Six months later the vision and the reattachment rate of the 2 groups were recorded.Results In 25 cases of silicone oil group the retina was completely reattached (83 33%) and in 14 cases corrected vision was above 0.1(46.66%); 16 cases in perfluoropropane group had complete reattachment (61.53%), 22 cases corrected vision was above 0.1 (84.61%).So the reattachment rate in perfluoropropane group was obviously higher than that of silicone oil group (P<0 05).The vision of perfluoropropane group after operation was obviously better than that of silicone oil group (P<0 05).Conclusion The reattachment rate in silicone oil group is higher, but the recovery of vision is not good;The rccovery of vision in perfluoropropane group is better, but the reattachment rate is lower.
