摘要
目的 观测眼用A型超声波仪检查时对角膜上皮的机械性损伤及探讨减少损伤的办法。方法 应用DGH 40 0 0型眼用A型超声波随机测量 5 0例 ( 10 0眼 )的眼轴 ,并对角膜上皮进行染色检查分析。结果 10 0眼中超声波仪造成角膜上皮损伤的有 46眼 ( 46% )。在裂隙灯显微镜下角膜上皮损伤表现为细点状或线条状上皮脱落。结论 常规A型超声波检查可能对角膜上皮造成机械性损伤 ,为了减少损伤应强调操作的熟练性和规范性。
Objective To observe the ophthalmic ultrasonic A Scan's mechanical lesion to corneal epithelial cells and to discuss the method to minimize the lesion.Methods Applying DGH 4000 ophthalmic A Scan to randomly measure the axises of 100 eye of 50 cases and to analyze and examine the corneal epithelial cells by staining.Results Of 100 eyes,46 eyes(46%) created corneal epithelial damage caused by A Scan examination.Under the examination of slit lamp,corneal epithelial lesion demonstrated punctual or streak like epithelial shedding.Conclusion Regular A Scan examination may produce mechanical lesion to corneal epithelial cells.In order to reduce the lesion,manipulation with dexterity and regularity should be emphasized.
