摘要
目的 观察羊膜移植治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的效果。方法 治疗 15眼进行临床观察 ,随访 1～ 7月。结果 15眼的视力有不同程度提高 ,达到 0 0 4～ 0 8。结论 羊膜移植法治疗真菌性角膜溃疡效果较好。
Objective To investigate the effect of amniotic membrane transplantation for fungal keratitis.Methods 15 cases were followed-up for 1～7 months after the operation and the effect were statisticaly analysed.Results The vision of 15 cases was improved visual acuity were 0.04～0.8.Conclusions The results showed that the amniotic membrane transplantation may improve the vision of fungal keratitis,and it is valuable for treating the patients.
