摘要
撒拉族农村地区人口中文盲率高、儿童入学率低、辍学现象严重的状况是社会、学校、家庭等多方面客观条件和主观认识共同作用的结果。发展民族地区的教育事业 ,除了需要继续加大教育的经济投入以外 ,关注民族地区的社会发展现状与文化特点 ,关注人们的实际需要 。
Based on fieldwork data,this article analyzes the status quo and dilemma of rural Salar education.It observes that the high rate of illiteracy,low rate of enrollment and high rate of dropout in the rural Salar area is the result of the compound influence of such objective conditions as society,school,family etc interacting with the subjective values.In promoting the educational undertakings in ethnic area,in addition to increase the economic investment,it is also important to pay attention to the status quo of social development and cultural traits,to consider local people's actual needs for resolving the dilemma in the development of ethnic education.
