Discussion on the Ethnic Legal Cultures

民族法律文化是各民族人们对法律制度、法律规范、法律机构、法律设施以及立法与执法、合法与非法等各种法律现象的认识、了解、看法、态度、价值观念、信仰、期望和在此基础上所形成的法律意识、法律思想、法律传统的综合.它在形成、发展、变迁过程中,对人类社会的发展起了不同的作用.不同民族有不同的法律文化.当前,我们实施依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家的方针,研究各民族不同的法律文化具有重要的意义.

Ethnic legal culture is the expression of the understanding, opinions, attitudes, values, expectations and beliefs of ethnic groups about their legal systems, statutes, legal organizations, legislation and law enforcement, legitimacy and illegality, and the legal thoughts, legal traditions . Every ethnic group has its own legal culture. Today, China is beginning to apply the policies of governing the country according to law and is building the socialist legal country,so,studying the ethnic legal cultures has great significance .
