本文在简要分析网络教学的基本特点和发展水平的基础上，对现阶段我国网络教学发展状况与发达国家进行比较，从而找出差距，确定努力方向。

This article briefly analyzes the basic character of on－line teaching and it development level, and compares the on－line teaching in our country and the developed countries．
