中小学校长工作压力因素的调查研究

A Study of Factors of Job Stress in Primary and Secondary School Headmasters

一、引言工作压力是近年来职业心理学研究的新兴问题。国内外学者近年对教师工作压力进行了一些研究,而作为教师群体中的校长承担着多重角色,工作上的压力会是怎样的,目前的研究还是空白。当前教育界流行这样的话——“一名好校长等于一所好学校”,陶行知先生也说“校长是学校的灵魂”。据此,探讨中小学校长的工作压力问题,对于促进学校建设,维护校长的身心健康和加强行政部门对校长队伍的建设、管理具有重大的理论与实践意义。

Through an investigation of job stress of primary and secondary school headmasters, the result shows that 35% of the headmasters are under high job stress. The job stress is connected with or influenced by 11 factors: student and school spirit, leadership and management, resources of school funds, personal quality, social approval and personal development, physical and mental health, job achievement, social and interpersonal relations. The most important factors of job stress are student and school spirit, resources of school funds and job achievement. The marked differences in some factors are from differences in sex, duty, background, the category and level of school and district.
