Difficulties and Countermeasures in Implementing Supply Chain Management

供应链管理是目前企业管理的一种先进模式 ,通过供应链管理能够使供应链上所有节点企业形成一种开放式的、利益一致的、信息共享和共赢的企业与企业之间的关系。特别地 ,实施供应链管理能够使产品从生产到最终消费者手中实现产品成本最小化 ,企业和消费者都能从供应链管理中获得共赢。但我国由于市场经济体制和社会经济环境还不够完善 ,加之绝大多数企业还未更新观念 ,导致我国企业在实施供应链管理上还存在诸多困难与障碍 ,需要从多方面改善条件 ,尽快实现企业的供应链管理。

The supply chain management is a kind of advanced management model in modern economy. Via supply chain management, all enterprises in the chain could set up an open relationship with common benefit and common information. Specially, the implementing of supply chain management could minimize costs of the firm and both the firm and the consumer can gain from this kind of management. But due to the incomplete market and the unfavorable social and economic environment, Chinese enterprises have many difficulties and problems in implementing the supply chain management. It must be changed in many aspects, in order to implement the supply chain management in Chinese enterprises.
