提升素质是造就浙江民营企业家的根本

Improving Quality Being Foundation of Fostering Private Entrepreneurs

民营企业家的培养和造就涉及两大方面 ,其一是主观因素方面 ,即企业经营者和企业主自身素质的优化与提升 ;其二是客观因素方面 ,即为民营企业家的成长创造适宜的体制、机制与环境 ,积极发挥政府作用等。主观因素是内因 ,因而是根本 ;客观因素是不可或缺的条件 ,因而是关键。该文作者以对 2 0多家企业的企业经营者和企业主的调查为基础 ,从浙江民营企业的实际情况出发 。

Fostering modern entrepreneurs refers to two aspects—one is subjective, that is, the improvement and perfection of entrepreneurs' qualities; the other is objective, that is, to create proper system and mechanism and environment for the advancement of entrepreneurs, actively perform government functions. The subjective factors are fundamental while the objective ones are necessary and vital. The author, basing on the investigation of tens of entrepreneurs and the actual situation of Zhejiang private enterprises, expounds that the entrepreneurs in Zhejiang should improve their qualities from eight aspects.
