嘉兴农村城市化道路的选择问题探讨

On Ways of Urbanization of the Countryside in JiaXing

城市化是解决农民、农业和农村问题的根本出路。根据嘉兴地方经济与社会发展实际情况 ,对照选择城市化道路指导原则 ,嘉兴城市化不应继续走发展小城镇的道路 ,而应该走积极培育发展中小城市 ,择优发展小城镇的城市化路子 ;不应走粗放型发展城市化的老路 ,而应走集约型发展城市化的新路 ;不应走单一政府推动型城市化道路 ,而应走政府引导型与民间推动型相结合的城市化道路。

Citifying is the fundamental way out for the problem of peasant, agriculture and countryside. According to the situation of Jiaxing local economy and the development of society, and based on the guiding principle of choosing suitable way of citifying, Jiaxing shouldn't choose that of developing small towns but of mainly developing medium or small cities and selecting promising ones to develop small towns; It also shouldn't choose the unitary government-driving way of citifying but that of combining the government-guiding mode and the nongovernment-driving mode.
