On the basis of concept of Fiancial Innoviation, the paper analyses the three aspects of Fiancial Innoviation: Fiancial Tools Innoviation, Fiancial Techniques Innoviation, Fiancial systems Innoviation. It also analyses the Financial Derivatives' Development and its limitative factors, and makes out the countermeasures on Financial Derivatives.
