The 21st century is a century of knowledge economy And the learning ability, the application ability as well as the innovation ability determine the survival and development ability of a country, an enterprise and especially an individual person in the society of knowledge economy This essay holds that the continuous educational reform is a good method to increase the quality of staff and promote the development of an enterprise, which contains three areas: to change the concept of continuous education,to build up the idea of taking human resources as the essentials and to adjust the teaching method
