摘要
根据增压器金属密封件的结构特点 ,采用ANSYS有限元软件 ,把金属密封件和柱塞离散为轴对称二维平面单元 ,进行了应力场和热力场的耦合分析 .由应变、位移分析结果可得出金属密封件的内径加工公差和锥度 .分析所得结论可对金属密封件的设计、可靠性评估及机械加工等提供一些参考依据 .
Based on the structure characteristic of the supercharger gland and shaft, by using the finite element method, the supercharger gland and shaft is idealized as 2_D axis symmetrical plane element, thereby the static mechanical behavior, dynamic response of the supercharger gland and shaft in coupling field are analyzed and calculated. Based on the analytical results, the inner diameter machining tolerance and rake of the supercharger gland can be calculated. The results of calculation can offer suggestions to design, reliability evaluation and manufacture of the supercharger gland.
