摘要
本文报道利用离子色谱法同时分离分析莠去津、扑草净、扑灭通除草剂的方法 .采用 CG- 12 (2mm)分离柱 ,紫外检测器 ,用一系列的淋洗液 .实验在 0 .2 0 mol·L-1H2 SO4 +2 5 %CH3CN条件下 ,得到最佳分离效果 .莠去津、扑草净、扑灭通的测定均有良好的线性 .它们的检测限分别为莠去津为 3.13×10 -2 μg· m L-1,扑草净为 4 .39× 10 -2 μg· m L-1,扑灭通为 1.36× 10 -2 μ/ m L-1,此方法可用于废水中除草剂的测定 ,样品的回收率在 96.0 0 %~ 10 5 .32 %之间 .
A high\|performance anion chromatographic method for simultaneous separation and determination of three triazine herbicide (atrazine, prometryne, prometon) is developed. The separation has been performed on an CG\|12(2 mm) column by using 0.20 mol\5L\+\{-1\} H\-2SO\-4+25%CH\-3CN as eluent and determining with UV detector at \%λ\%=220 nm. Good linearity between the concentrations of three triazine herbicides and corresponding peak area responses is achieved. The detection limits of atrazine, prometryne and prometon are 3.13×10\+\{-2\} μg\5mL\+\{-1\},4.39×10\+\{-2\} μg\5mL\+\{-1\},1.36×10\+\{-2\} μg\5mL\+\{-1\}, respectively. The method has been successfully applied to waste water to determine triazine herbicides at the recovery of various samples ranged from 96.00% to 105.32%.
