摘要
LD5 (LaserDiode)作为光纤通信中一种重要的光电元件 ,需要对生产过程中各个工序的LD性能进行严格测试。所研制和开发的这种LD自动测试系统 ,具有高精度、高效率、智能和操作界面友好等优点 ,可极大地提高LD的生产率和产品质量。
A laser diode(LD) is an important optoelectronic device in fiber communication. The performance of LDs should be measured precisely throughout production process. A LD Automatic Measurement System, which has high precision and efficiency, and user friendly interface, has been developed to achieve this goal. This system can improve the productivity and quality of LDs.
