在市场经济条件下 ,企业抵御风险的能力与盈利的能力同等重要。详细阐述了不同筹资方式的风险 ,定量地剖析了经营、财务两方面的筹资风险 ,并对筹资对策进行了具体的案例分析 。
In a market economy, the enterprise ability to prevent risk is the same as its ability to make profit. The risk of different types of financing is detailed. The risk of management and financing are described through quantitative analysis. Financing strategies are analyzed with an example and the method of evaluating financing risk is investigated.
