腐败现象屡反不止的原因是由于我国目前制度的欠缺。要遏制腐败 ,就必须从完善制度入手。本文尝试从推进监督制度、法律制度、人事管理制度和薪俸制度的创新等方面 ,来寻求遏制腐败之对策。

Imperfect systems cause the corruption in China at present time. To restrain the corruption, perfectig the systems must be carried on first.This paper discusses the creation of control system, law system, personnel system, salary pay system, etc., to seek the way to deal with the corruption.
