试析建设工程招标投标的评定办法

Analysis of the Evaluation Method of Inviting and Submitting Bids in Construction

将目前国内建筑工程招标投标中应用较为广泛的各种评标方法按其特点归纳为三种类型，时各类型的评标方法进行了系统的分析说明，并针时其存在问题提出了几项改善措施。

In the paper, 3 types of methods for evaluating bids are summed up, which are widely used in the construction engineering of China at present. Each type of the methods is analyzed systematically. According to the problems existing in bidding in China, some measures are advanced.
