摘要
从分析孔子启发式、因材施教的教学原则和问答式、讨论式的教学方式入手,重新认识教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用,并提出调动学生学习主动性的做法和当前高等教育改革应实现的“四个转变”。
This paper is an attempt to reconsider or re-understand, by analyzing Confuciuss teaching principles of inspiring, motivating and teaching the student in accordance with his aptitude, and by studying Confucius conversational and discussion approach in teaching, the teacher guiding role and the student central role in the course of study, and to propose ways to motivate the student to the utmost extent
