摘要
对广州市教师继续教育管理面临的新形势与制约因素进行分析,在此基础上,提出了广州市教师继续教育“四位一体”培训与管理模式的建议。
the essay analyses the situation and factors which may affect and restrict the management of teacher's continuing education in Guangzhou, and proposes a training and managing mode ofteacher's continuing education in educational department of Guangzhou.
