信钢添加2QW_3全精矿烧结应用研究

An Application Study on the Sintering which Wholly Uses Concentrate and 2QW_3 Addition in Xinyang Iron and Steel Works

介绍在信阳钢铁厂烧结分厂添加 2QW3 添加剂进行全精矿烧结的应用。其应用效果表明 ,这种添加剂能显著地改善烧结料层的透气性 ,大幅度提高产量 ,降低能耗和改善烧结矿的质量。

This paper discusses the application of sintering which wholly uses concentrate and 2QW 3 addition in the Sintering Plant of Xinyang Iron and Steel Works. The results show that the use of 2QW 3 addition can remarkably improve the sinter mix permeability, greatly raise the output, reduce the energy consumption and improve the sinter quality.
