摘要
研究了用化学共沉淀方法分别制备的掺杂 Bi,Sb,Co,Cr,Mn和多元掺杂对纳米 Zn O粉末晶粒度和相结构的影响。发现经 50 0℃ /h热处理后 ,掺 Bi,Mn,Co和 Cr的粉末晶粒度没有明显变化 ,而掺 Sb的 Zn O粉末晶粒度随 Sb含量的增加而减小 ;掺 Bi的粉末除主晶相 Zn O外还有Bi OCl相 ,掺 Sb的粉末有主晶相和尖晶石相 ,所掺 Mn,Co,Cr均固溶于主晶相 Zn O;多元掺杂晶粒度约为 30 nm。
It was studied that the grain size and phase of nano ZnO powder are affected by doped with Bi,Sb,Co,Cr,Mn and multi elements.After 1 hour thermal treatment under 500℃,it was found that the grain size of nana ZnO powder is decreased with Sb increasing and other doped concentrations have no obvious change.It was also found that the phase BiOCl appears in doped with Bi and Zn 7Sb 2O 12 appears in doped with Sb.The grain size of doped with multi concentrations of nana ZnO powder is 30nm and the phase is ZnO and Zn 7Sb 2O 12 .
