摘要
采用电子束对等离子喷涂CoCrW涂层进行了重熔处理 ,对重熔前后CoCrW涂层的组织及其抗微动磨损性能进行了分析 .结果表明 ,电子束重熔消除了原等离子喷涂层的层间氧化物、孔隙和层状结构 ,重熔层与基体形成冶金结合 ,得到以钴基固溶体为基体 ,以复合碳化物为强化相的细晶组织 ,抗微动磨损性能是原等离子喷涂层的 13.3倍 .
Plasma spraying CoCrW coating is remelted by electron beam and structure and fretting wear resistance of as-remelting and as-spraying CoCrW coating are analyzed.The results show that oxides between lamellar,porosity and lamellar structure of original plasma spraying coating could be eliminated and metallurgical joint could be realized by electron beam remelting.CoCrW remelting coating possesses very fine structure that is composed by Co-base solid solution and composite carbide as strengthening phase.Compared with original plasma spraying coating,fretting wear resistance of remelting coating has a 13.3 times increase.
