摘要
采用微波辐射方法替代传统加热方法 ,由 3-氯 -4 -氟苯胺与乙氧甲叉丙二酸二乙酯 ( EMME)经缩合、环合或一步合成生成 6-氟 -7-氯 -1 ,4 -二氢 -4 -氧代喹啉
By use of MWI technology instead of the traditional two steps′ heating reaction, 6-Floro-7-Chloro-1,4-Dihydro-4-Oxoquinoline-3-Carboxlic acid ethyl ester and anologys was synthesised from 3-Chloro-4-Floro aniline and EMME condenstion in the cycle condenstion or the comdention or the one step.
