苹果片强化锌的研究

Study on the enrichment of Zinic in apple crisp

采用三因素二次回归正交旋转组合设计 ,建立了苹果片强化锌量与其影响因素之间的回归方程 ,获得了苹果片强化锌的最佳工艺参数 ,并对影响因素进行了分析。

To obtain the optimum processing condition,a three\|factors quadratic regression orthogonal rotary method was used to design the experiment.The regression equation was established,and the affecting factors was studied.
