石梓和米老排木材干燥特性及干燥工艺

The Drying Characteristics and Drying Techniques on the Lumber of Gmelina arborea and Mytilaria laosensis

对厚度2.5厘米的板材进行了气干和窑干试验。结果指出,石梓除易发生扭曲外,一般不发生其它缺陷;米老排除易发生扭曲外,还易发生表裂、内裂、皱缩等缺陷、提出了气干一窑干联合干燥工艺的建议。

Experiments of air drying and kiln drying on the board of 2.5 cm in thickness were made. Results obtained shown that the lumber of Gmelina arborea dries readily but some tendency to twist, While the lumber of Mytilaria laosensis tends to twist, surface checking, honeycomb and collapse in drying.The techniques in combining kiln drying with air drying were proposed.
