Knowledge management is different from informational management, the former uses the group's wisdom to improve the ability of innovation. For enterprise, carrying out knowledge management relies on establishing the mechanism of sharing knowledge which encourages staff to parlicipate in, setting up knowledge controller, realising the pattern change of enterprise culture and enhancing enterprise's ability to create and innovate.
