摘要
针对曲柄摇杆机构的最小传动角γmin均出现在快行程的特点 ,只有找出慢行程中的最小传动角γ′min,对判断机构的传力性能才具有实际意义。经过分析得出了Ⅰ型曲柄摇杆机构慢行程的最小传动角γ′min出现在曲柄与连杆拉直共线 ,重叠共线及曲柄与机架拉直共线三个位置中的一处 。
In connection with the characteristic that the minimum transmission angle γ min in crank rocker mechanism always appear in fast stroke, only finding out the minimum transmission angle of the idle stroke in crank rocker mechanism appraising the transmission characteristic in crank rocker mechanism is of practice significance. The conclusion is that the minimum transmission angle γ ′ min of the idel stroke in crank rocker mechanism type Ⅰ appears in one of co line positions of crank and frame stretch. The minimum transmission angle γ′ min of idle stroke in the crank rocker mechanism type Ⅱ appears in one of co line positions of crank and linker, or the co line positions of crank and frame overlapping.
