香丹注射液治疗心肌缺血血瘀证32例

32 CASES OF MYOCARDIAL ISCHEMIA WITH BLOOD STASIS SYNDROME TREATED BY XIANGDAN INJECTION

目的 :观察香丹注射液治疗心肌缺血 (血瘀证 )的临床疗效。方法 :68例心电图提示心肌缺血且中医辨证属血瘀证患者随机分为西药对照组 (简称对照组 ) 30例和香丹注射液治疗组 (简称治疗组 ) 38例。对照组予消心痛 5～ 10 g ,每日 3次 ,或鲁南欣康 10～ 2 0mg ,每日 2次 ;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上 ,用香丹注射液 2 0ml加入 50 g/L葡萄糖溶液 2 0 0ml中静滴 ,疗程均为 14d。结果 :治疗组总有效率达 94 .74 % ,对照组为 76.67% ,两组比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 5) ;治疗组胸闷、心绞痛、舌紫暗等症状、体征消减率均高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;心电图及血液流变性各项指标的改善均较对照组明显 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。结论 :香丹注射液对血瘀证的多种心脏病所致心肌缺血有较好疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Xiangdan injection on myocardial ischemia with blood stasis syndrome.Method:62 cases of myocardial ischemia diagnosed by electrocardiogram with blood stasis syndrome were ramdonly divided into western medicine control group(namely control group,30 cases) and treatment group treated with Xiangdan injection (namely treatment group,32 cases).Isosorbide dinitrate 5～10 mg,3 times daily,or isosorbide-5-nitrate tablet 10～20mg,2 times daily in control group.Based on the treatment measures of control group,the treatment group was supplemented with intravenous drip transfusion of 20 ml Xiangdan injection and 50 g/L glucose saline 200 ml.The treatment course was 14 days.Result:The total curative rate in treatment group was 94.74%,while 76.67% in control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Such signs and symptoms as chest distress,angina pectoris,purplish tongue,and so on significantly vanished and abated in treatment group in comparison with those in control group(P<0.05,or P<0.01);compared with that of control group,The indexes of electrocardiogram and rheology were obviously improved in treatment group(P<0.05,or P<0.01).Conclusion:Xiangdan injection has obviously curative effect on myocardial ischemia differentiated as blood stasis syndrome by TCM,which is caused by many kinds of heart attacks.
