薄层扫描法测定舒胸胶囊人参皂苷Rg_1含量

CONTENT DETERMINATION OF GINSENOSIDE Rg_1 IN SHUXIONG CAPSULE BY TLC-SCANNING

目的 :采用薄层扫描法对舒胸胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1含量进行测定。方法 :样品经适当提取后点于硅胶G薄层板上 ,以氯仿 -醋酸乙酯 -甲醇 -水 ( 15∶4 0∶2 2∶10 ) [1] 下层溶液为展开剂 ,10 0ml/L硫酸乙醇溶液显色 ,检测波长为λs=52 5nm ,λR =70 0nm。结果 :平均回收率为97.71% ,RSD =2 .2 8%。结论 :此方法简便、灵敏、准确 ,可用于该制剂质量控制。

Objective:To determine the content of ginsenoside Rg 1 in Shuxiong capsule by TLC-scanning.Method:The extraction solution of the preparation was analysed on silica gel-G plate.the lower chloroform-ethyl acetate-methanol-water(15∶40∶22∶10)was used as the developing system,100 ml/L sulfuric acid-ethanol solution as the spray reagent.The content was detected by dual wave length scanning(λ s=525 nm,λ R=700 nm).Result:The average recovery was 97.71%,RSD=2.28%.Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and available for quality control of Shuxiong capsule.
