摘要
本文讨论了组织学习过程中团队与层次结构的关系,介绍了环形结构组织的理论 与实践,认为团队和层次结构是组织学习过程中两个互为补充的学习系统,通过二者的 整合可以实现由传统企业向学习型组织的过渡,并提出了传统企业的学习战略。
This article discusses the relation between teams and hierarchy in the organizational learning process, and intro- duces the theory and practice of the circular structures. The authors consider that teams and hierarchy are two cmplementary learning systems in the organizational learning process, the integration of the both can bring the traditional enterprises towards the learning organizations. The authors also put forward learning strategies in the traditional enterprises.
