This paper introduces operation of various kinds of ba ck board of ball mill and its merits and demerits as well as its transformation. Production practice shown that transformation of barrel back board is successfu l,not only standardize the model numbers of back board and easy to management, b ut also reduce repairs on ball mill. It provides reference for other enterprises that have similar equipment.
