摘要
电信服务领域的“转换成本”导致“顾客锁定”现象的产生。因为对消费者而言 ,若其放弃原有服务商转而接受其它电信公司的服务 ,所付出的全部代价为接受新公司服务所付出费用与“转换成本”之和。与不存在“转换成本”的情况相比 ,伯川德价格竞争结果将更趋于垄断。
Switching cost” in telecommunication service field leads to the phenomenon of “custom locked in”. The reason is that the cost for custom not only includes the fee paid to new company, but also includes “Switching cost” if the custom gives up the service from the former telecommunication company. Compared to the result without “Switching cost”, there is more possibility of monopoly as the result of Bertrand competition
