摘要 目的 探讨急性出血坏死性胰腺炎 (AHNP)大鼠胰腺血循环障碍的机制。方法 用 5 %牛黄胆酸钠溶液胰管注入 ,制备AHNP模型。动态观察胰腺血流量 (PBF)与大鼠血浆中两对重要的血管活性物质血栓素A2 /前列腺素I2 (TXA2 /PGI2 )、内皮素 /一氧化氮 (ET/NO)及其病理变化间的内在联系。结果 AHNP大鼠PBF明显持续下降 ,TXA2 、PGI2 、ET和NO显著升高 ,而且TXA2 /PGI2 (T/P)和ET/NO(E/N)比值持续增加。结论 TXA2 /PGI2 Objective To study the mechanism of panceatic hemocirculatory disorder in acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis(AHNP).Methods The rat model of AHNP was estabished by injecting 5% sodium taurocholate into the bile pancreatic duct. The immanent relationship was observed that exists among panceatic blood flow(PBF)?plasma thromboxane A 2/prostaglandin I 2 (TXA 2/PGI 2 ,T/P) and endothelin/nitric oxide(ET/NO,E/N),which are two double important vasoactive matter, and pancreatic pathology.Results During AHNP, the PBF was reduced significantly continualtly, but the plasma level of TXA 2?PGI 2 ?ET and NO and ratio of T/P and E/N was progressively increased.Conclusion The increase of TXA 2?PGI 2?ETand NO level and T/P and E/N ratio in the plasma might play a key role in the pathologic changes of AHNP in rats.
