摘要 目的 观察大鼠脑内星形胶质细胞对上唇皮肤伤害性刺激的反应及其与神经元的关系 .方法 将 Formalin注入大鼠一侧上唇皮下 ,成活 1,3,6 h后 ,用抗 FOS蛋白、抗酪氨酸羟化酶 (TH)和抗胶质原纤维酸性蛋白 (glial fibrillaryacidic protein,GFAP)的三重免疫组化方法显示反应神经元与星形胶质细胞的定位及其相互关系 .结果  1FOS阳性神经元和 GFAP阳性星形胶质细胞均特异地表达于与痛觉传递或镇痛相关的机能区 ;2三重免疫组化显示反应性神经元(FOS阳性 )与反应性星形胶质细胞 (GFAP阳性 )关系密切 ,形成三种复合体 .即 TH+ / FOS+ / GFAP+三标记复合体、TH+ / GFAP+ / FOS-二标记复合体和 FOS+ / GFAP+ / TH-二标记复合体 .3Formalin注射后 3h,复合体的数目达高峰 .结论 神经元 AIM To observe the response of astrocytes and neurons to noxious stimulation from the upper lip. METHODS Formalin was subcutaneously injected into the upper lip unilaterally. The distribution and relationship between the reactive neurons and astrocytes in the rat brain were studied at 1, 3 and 6 h later with a triple labelling method combining GFAP, Fos and TH immunohistochemical staining. RESULTS ① FOS Positive neurons and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) positive astrocytes were specifically distributed over the functional area involved with the transmission and relief of pain sensation; ②Reactive neurons contacted the reactive astrocytes and formed 3 kinds of neuron astrocytes complex (NASC) TH+/FOS+/GFAP+ triple labelled, TH+/FOS+/GFAP double labeled, and FOS+/GFAP+/TH double labelled NASC. CONCLUSION Neuronal astrocytic complex may play an important role in processing signals of noxious stimulation from the lip.
