摘要
目的 探讨尿镉与肾功能异常指标尿 β2 -M及NAG酶之间的关系。方法 以 1995~ 1997年调查某镉污染区 93名及对照区 83名 2 5岁~ 5 5岁妇女的尿镉、尿NAG酶及尿β2-M分析结果为材料 ,以环境镉污染健康危害区判定标准(GB/T172 2 1- 1998)为指标值异常判定依据 ,应用SPSSforWindows软件包对该资料作方差、多元线性以及Logistic回归分析。结果 年龄对尿 β2 -M含量和异常率影响的标准偏回归系数和比值比分别为 0 2 5 0和 1 79(P <0 0 1) ;尿镉对尿 β2-M和NAG酶的含量和异常率影响的标准偏回归系数分别为 0 188(P =0 0 1)和 0 182 (P <0 0 5 ) ,比值比分别为 1 99和1 6 9。结论 受检者年龄仅对尿 β2 -M的含量和异常率有正向效应 ;尿镉对尿β2 -M和NAG酶的含量和异常率均有明显的正向效应。
Objective To explore the relationship between cadmium in urine(Cd-U) and the renal dysfunction indicators of urine N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosaminidase(NAG) and Beta(2)-microglobulin(β 2-M). Methods From 1995 to 1997,the urine examples were colleted from 176 women aged 25 to 55 of years,among them 93 women resided in Cd-polluted area and 83 women in non-polluted area.The Cd-U,NAG and β 2-M in the urine examples were analyzed and were statistically treated for variance,multiple linear regression as well as Logistic regression with SPSS for Windows software(10.0 edition).The judgment basis used for abnormal indicators is derived from discriminant standard for health hazard area caused by environmental cadmium pollution (GB/T17221-1998).Results The standard partial regression coefficient(β) and odds ratio(OR) of age affects on β 2-M are 0 250(P<0.01) and 1.79,respectively.The standard partial regression coefficient(β) of Cd-U affects on β 2-M and NAG are 0.188(P=0.01) and 0 182(P<0 01),repectively.The OR are 1.99 and 1.69,respectively.Conclusion The age of the subject affects positively only on the content and the abnormal rate of β 2-M.The Cd-U affects on both β 2-M and NAG positively.
