我国首例与HIV感染者长期无保护性接触未引发感染的报告

目的 通过某女 HIV感染的确认及其丈夫 HIV感染的排除 ,报告我国首例与 HIV感染者长期无保护性接触而未引发 HIV感染的案例 .方法 初筛实验用酶联免疫吸附(EL ISA)实验及明胶颗粒凝集 (PA )实验检测 HIV- 1抗体及HIV- 2抗体 ,确认实验用蛋白免疫印迹 (WB)实验检测 HIV- 1抗体及 HIV- 2抗体 .结果 某女 ,EL ISA实验结果 HIV- 1抗体阳性 ,HIV- 2抗体阴性 .复检结果相同 .PA实验结果 HIV-1阳性 .WB实验出现 HIV- 1特异性条带 gp160 ,gp12 0 ,p66,p5 5 ,gp41,p31,p2 4,p17,无 HIV- 2特异性条带出现 .结果为 HIV- 1抗体阳性 ,HIV- 2抗体阴性 .某男 ,EL ISA实验结果 :HIV- 1抗体及 HIV- 2抗体均为阴性 ,PA实验结果为阴性 .3mo及 6mo后复查 ,EL ISA,PA实验结果仍为阴性 .结论 某女为 HIV感染者 ,某男可排除 HIV感染的可能性 .某男与感染者长期无保护性接触未感染 HIV,也未因与感染者长期共同生活而感染 HIV.

AIM To report the first case in China that a man who had sexal relation with his HIV infected wife without any protection methods during a long period of time was not infected by HIV. METHODS Serum specimen collected from a suspected HIV infected person and her husband were detected by serological assay ELISA and PA, and the confirmatory test was performed by Western blot specific to HIV. RESULTS Serum sample from the female was found to be anti HIV 1 antibody positive and anti HIV 2 antibody negtive. Western blot was further used as confirmatory test, among which, 5 reactive bands of HIV 1 gp160, gp120, p66, p55, gp41, p31, p24, p17 were showed on the serum sample from the female while no HIV 2 specific bands were showed. The sample from her husband was found to be anti HIV 1/2 antibody negtive by ELISA and PA ,and repeated tests after three and six monthes showed the same result. CONCLUSION Female was infected with HIV 1 and there is little possibility of HIV infection of her husband. The husband was not infected with HIV by sexal intercourse without any protection methods or daily life touch together with the infected person during a long period of time.
