采用三次样条函数拟合身高百分位数曲线 被引量:4

摘要 目的 生长标准科学的表达方法是以年龄为协变量绘制年龄别百分位数曲线图或列表 ,这在欧美等发达国家已广泛采用 ,而我国尚无全国性的从出生到成年的生长发育指标的百分位数曲线图 ,我们旨在提供制定生长标准曲线的方法和途径 ,给出精确直观的百分位数曲线图 .方法 采用三次样条对西安市 0~ 18岁儿童青少年身高百分位数进行拟合 .结果 给出了男、女生 P3 ,P1 0 ,P2 5 ,P5 0 ,P75 ,P90 ,P97百分位数的拟合结果和平滑后的百分位数曲线图 .结论 三次样条兼顾了曲线拟合中的拟合优度和光滑度 ,能更好的实现曲线拟合的目的 .该法不仅可用于儿童各种生长标准研究 。 AIM Present scientific style of growth standard is to construct age related centile curve or table, this which has widely adopted by most European countries, but there is no one growth curve constructed from birth to adult in China. In this paper we want to provide a way to construct directly perceived growth standard curves, For assessing the growth and development of children. METHODS Percentiles of height of children and adolescents aged 0~18 years were directly calculated and then fitted by cubic smoothing spline. RESULTS Centiles of height for boys and girls were presented and age related centile charts were constructed. CONCLUSION Both goodness of fit and smoothness are satisfactory for curves fitting by the method of cubic smoothing spline. This method can realize curve fitting aim better. It can be recommended as a method to construct various growth standards for children and other age related clinical references.
