针刺督脉及舌体治疗中风失语症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Aphasia due to Apoplexy with Acupuncture of Governor Vessel and Tongue

目的 :研究针刺治疗中风失语症的临床疗效及机理。方法 :针刺督脉百会、水沟、哑门及舌体金津、玉液治疗中风失语症 34例 ,观察针刺前后“汉语失语症检查法”评分及听觉事件相关电位P3 0 0 的变化。结果 :针刺后“汉语失语症检查法”中口语表达、听理解的积分值均显著增高 (P <0 0 1) ;P3 0 0 潜伏期显著缩短 (P <0 0 5 ) ;针刺总有效率为 5 3 0 %。 结论 :针刺可以改善中风失语症的言语障碍 ,并能促进脑电功能的恢复。

Purpose To Study on clinical therapeutic effect and mechanisms of acupuncture for treatment of aphasia due to apoplexy.Methods Acupuncture of Baihui(GV 20),Shuigou(GV 26),Yamen(GV 15) and Jinjin(EX HN12) and Yuye (EX HN13) were used for treatment of 34 cases of aphasia due to apoplexy,and the Examination Methods of Aphasia for Chinese was adopted for assessment of oral expressing and listening comprehension and changes of the event related potential (ERP) P 300 were investigated before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores in oral expressing and listening comprehension were markedly improved (P<0 01),the latent period of P 300 was significantly shortened (P<0 05),the total effective rate was 53%.Conclusion Acupuncture can improve disturbance of speech and promote recovery of the cerebral electric function.
