微波针灸治疗膝关节退行性骨关节炎60例

Treatment of 60 Cases of Retrogressive Osteoarthritis of Knee Joint with Microwave Acupuncture Moxibustion

方法 :采用微波针灸的方法 ,取犊鼻、内膝眼穴为主治疗 60例 (74个关节 ) ;随机用温针灸的方法治疗 2 0例 (30个关节 )做为对照。结果 :(以治疗膝关节个例数做为统计标准 )微波组 60例(74个关节 )临床治愈 2 7例 ,显效 32例 ,好转 13例 ,无效 2例 ,有效率为 97 2 9% ,与温针组 2 0例(30个关节 )对照相比 ,χ2 =8 84 4,P <0 0 5 ,疗效明显优于对照组。结论 :微波所产生的热效应较艾灸透入的更深 ,作用更加持久。

Methods Microwave acupuncture moxibustion at main points Dubi (ST35) and Neixiyan(EX LE5) was used for treatment of 60 cases (74 joints) of retrogressive osteoarthritis of knee joint,and warmed acupuncture moxibustion was used to treat 20 cases (30 joints) as control.Results In the microwave group,27 cases were cured clinically,32 cases were markedly effective,13 cases improved and 2 cases were ineffectvie,the effective rate being 97 29%.The therapeutic effect was better than that of the control group (P<0 05).
