摘要
目的观察多巴酚丁胺对硬膜外阻滞后低血压时的血流动力学影响。方法犬硬膜外阻滞后低血压时 ,静脉滴注 5或 10 μg/kg多巴酚丁胺药液 ,观察用药后 5和 10min时对全身血流动力学和肝肾血流量的影响 ,心输出量、肝肾血流量均用电磁血流量仪直接测定。结果两组药量静脉滴注后平均动脉压和外周血管阻力均未恢复到阻滞前水平 ;对肾血流量无明显影响 ,肝血管阻力较阻滞后增加 ,但仍低于阻滞前水平。结论本文剂量的多巴酚丁胺对硬膜外阻滞后血流动力学影响较小。
ObjectiveTo study the effect of dobutamine on hemodynamics during epidural block hypotension.MethodsA moderate hypotension was induced in 18 mongrel dogs with epidural block.Dobutamine 5 or 10 μg/kg was administered intravenously to treat the hypotension.Hemodynamic parameters such as cardiac output,hepatic and renal blood flow were measured at 5 and 10 minutes after dobutamine infusion by electromagnetic flowmeters.Blood pressure and heart rate were also observed simultaneously.ResultsDobutamine infusion at the rate of 5 μg/kg did not cause any changes in parameters observed after 5 and 10 minutes. With 10 μg/kg of dobutamine,only mean arterial pressure(MAP) and systemic rascular resistance(SVR) increased significantly at 10 minutes after infusion when compared with the value after epidural block,but they could not return the baseline.There were no significant changes in hepatic and renal blood flow at 5 and 10 minutes after dobutamine.ConclusionDobutamine infusion at the rate of 5 or 10 μg/kg did not cause any significant changes in hemodynamics during epidural hypotension.
