Development of multifunctional combined machine for automatic delivery，wash，blow－drying，filling and sealing of ampoules

该机采用机电一体化技术，将安瓿的自动传送、冲洗、吹干、灌药、封口等功能创新设计成联动机，能自动控制注射用水、压缩空气、药液与安瓿的自动传送、冲洗、吹干、灌封在一整机上同时进行，节省了设备，缩短了流程，减少了污染环节，提高了药剂质量与经济效益，是医院制剂室与制药厂生产小针剂的理想设备。

This paper introduces a kind of multifunctional combined machine applying the technique of electromechanical integration， which integrates several functions including the automatic control of the water for injection and compressed air， the automatic delivery of the liquor and ampoule and the wash， blow－drying， sealing of the ampoule． With the excellences of saved devices， abbreviated flows， reduced contaminative links， enhanced medicine quality and economic benefit， the machine is an ideal device for the department of pharmacy and the pharmaceutical factory to manufacture the ampoule．
