摘要
目的 通过动物实验 ,观察面神经损伤修复后 ,神经生理功能的恢复和运动终板的重建。方法 应用诱发肌电图 (EMG)动态地了解神经生理功能的恢复及应用胆碱脂酶染色对运动终板重建进行定性定量分析。结果 术后 4周 ,EMG未引出 ;12周后可见EMG ,但波形不规则 ,潜伏期长、振幅小 ;2 4周后 ,EMG波形接近正常 ,潜伏期短 ,振幅大。胆碱脂酶 (AchE)染色显示 :术后 4周 ,运动终板在消失中 ;12周 ,运动终板数量增多 ,平均每个切面 2~ 4个 ,AchE活性为 ( ~ ) ;2 4周终板数量接近正常 ,每个切面 4~ 6个 ,AchE活性为 ( ~ )。结论 神经生理功能恢复发生在术后 12周 ,功能性重建取决于运动终板的重建 ,即数量。
Objective To observe the process of recovery of nerve function and the reconstruction of end plate from injury and repair of facial nerve in rabbit.Methods The induction of EMG was employed to show the process of nerve function recovery and AchE stain to assay the reconstruction of end plate.Results At the end of the forth week after operation,EMG still failed to be induced,but it could be found 12 weeks later with irregular shape,longer latency time and lower amplitude.24 weeks later,the shape became normal,so were the amplitude and latency time.AchE stain showed that four weeks after operation,the end plate was deminishing,12 weeks later,it increased to 2 4 per section and AchE activity was subpositive.24 weeks later,the number returned to 4 6 per section as normal.AchE activity was positive.Conclusion The recovery of nerve function can be found 12 weeks after operation.The function recovery depends on the restoration of the number,the morphologic structure and the activity.
