摘要
目的 :观察形觉剥夺对鸡近视眼形成的影响 ,为筛选中药治疗近视眼、制作鸡近视眼模型提供理论依据。方法 :采用测定鸡眼屈光度及活体A型超声波眼轴、光镜下观察巩膜、视网膜病理形态的方法。结果 :形觉剥夺可使鸡眼屈光度增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,眼球的前后轴延长 (P <0 .0 1)。光镜下巩膜软骨细胞层增厚 ,巩膜纤维层变薄。实验组对照眼及对照组双眼在实验前后屈光状态、眼球前后径无明显改变 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,组织学检查差异无显著性统计学意义。结论 :形觉剥夺可导致鸡眼屈光状态、眼球前后轴长度及眼底组织的变化 。
Objective:To observe the role of form deprivation in the formation of myopia in chick and to establish a myopia model for screening of traditional Chinese herbs for the treatment of myopia. Methods:Refraction was measured by noncycloplegic steak retinoscopy in a dark room and axial length by A Scan ultrasonography. The sclera fibrous and retina were observed under the light microscope. Results:Both refraction and the eye axial length were changed by form deprivation (P<0.01). It can be observed that sclera cartilage cell layer was thicken and sclera fibrous layer was thinner under the light microscope. There was no obvious difference between the control eyes in the experimental group and the eyes at both sides in the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion:The result of the experiment suggested that form deprivation will cause changes of refraction, eye axial length and sclera cartilage cell as well as the fibrous layer in the chick, which leads to the formation of myopia.
