摘要
重点介绍我国炼厂脱硫、硫回收及尾气处理装置的技术进步、存在问题及今后工作的重点。脱硫装置采用富液集中再生及SCOT尾气处理装置 ,降低酸性气中的烃含量 ,减少干气中烃携带量和冷凝量 ,加强溶剂过滤 ,保证选择性吸收 ,提高进硫磺回收装置酸性气压力。硫磺回收装置改进气体预热方式 ,增设液硫脱气措施。与国外先进水平相比还存在不少差距 ,今后要进一步提高酸性气质量 ,加大科研投入 ,在积极消化国外技术的基础上开发适合国情的各种专利技术。
The technical progress, existing problems and work emphasis in the future of sweetening, sulphur recovery and tail gas treatment of refineries in China are discussed. Some proposals are put forward including concentrated regeneration of rich solution and treating tail gas by SCOT process, decreasing hydrocarbon content in acid gases and carryover and condensing of hydrocarbons in dry gas, strengthening solution strain, selective absorption and upgrading pressure of acid gas feeding in sulphur recovery plants, improving gas preheating in sulphur recovery plants and degassing liquid sulphur. A comparison with advantageous technologies abroad reveals a gap and suggests that acid gas quality should be improved and investment should be increased in research and development of patent technologies suitable to situation of China. 〔
